We have established an effective system of rewards and penalties. Our employees receive a bonus for exceptional performance and are fined for mistakes. This approach ensures that our staff pays close attention to every detail, minimizes errors, reduces production costs, and enhances productivity.

We never hire inexperienced staff to reduce labor costs. We believe that less experienced employees are more likely to make mistakes, and the costs of correcting these errors far outweigh the additional expense of hiring experienced staff.

Therefore, all our employees are highly skilled and experienced professionals. Additionally, they are expected to be meticulous and responsible in their work.

We must respond to all customer emails as soon as we receive them. For questions that we cannot answer immediately, we should also reply promptly to inform our clients when they can expect a detailed response.

Emails received between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m. must be replied to on the same day. For urgent matters, you can call us any time of day.

All of our tools come with a two-year warranty. For damage not caused by improper operation, we provide free replacement of the damaged parts.

For molds that manufacture products in our workshop, we provide free maintenance and repairs until they reach the end of their specified lifespan based on the number of shots.
